AC Milan is close to finishing off the deal to sign Villarreal's Samu Chukwueze. According to journalist and transfer specialist, Fabrizio Romano, the Nigerian forward has agreed personal terms with the Spanish side.

AC Milan are getting closer to signing Nigerian international Samu Chukwueze. The winger is close to sealing his move to Serie A, after the entirety of his career coming in La Liga, with Villarreal.
Journalist and transfer specialist, Fabrizio Romano, reports that an agreement is close at hand, as the winger has already agreed personal terms with the 'Rossoneri'.
Having already signed Christian Pulisic and Tijjani Reijnders, the Italians are pushing to find reinforcements for their right side, with Chukwueze the perfect candidate.
In 50 appearances this season, the 24-year-old has netted 13 times and provided a further 11 assists. Milan very keen on the move, with 'Revelo' journalist Matteo Moretto even writing that the deal is "99% done".
The expected cost of the transfer is around €25 million, and the Nigerian would sign a long-term deal until 2028.
