Leo Messi's future could be decided in the next few days as the Argentine bid farewell to the Parc des Princes, his home for the past two years, and now faces a new destination.
'Sport' reported that emissaries from Al Hilal travelled to Paris to meet with Messi in an attempt to convince the Argentine to leave for Saudi Arabia.
Al Hilal's plan was to announce Messi's arrival on Tuesday, 6th June, but time is not on their side as they have yet to reach an agreement with the 'Albiceleste' captain.
The offer, according to the source, is unrejectable. Neither Inter Miami, nor even Barcelona, will come close to the figures that the Saudi side is offering to bring Cristiano and Messi back together in the same league.
Barcelona are pessimistic about the return of their idol. For the first time since there was talk of his possible return, Joan Laporta considered it "difficult" for Messi to play for the club.
