Al-Nassr eyeing Mateo Kovacic move for January transfer window

Saudi Pro League's Al-Nassr are targeting Man City midfielder Mateo Kovacic for the January transfer window, and are reportedly willing to offer him a deal worth $1M per week.

After Aymeric Laporte's switch from Manchester City to Al-Nassr in the last summer transfer window, it seems the Saudi Pro League team are eyeing for another to Cityzen to join their squad - Mateo Kovacic.
The croatian is not only wanted by the club, but Cristiano Ronaldo is also pushing for move to happen, as per 'CBS Sports' Golazo's James Benge.
The Saudi team was supposidely ready to begin negociations on deadline day, and were prepared to offer the 30-year-old midfielder a deal package which would see him earn more than $1M per week. Whilst negociations have not taken place during this transfer window, Al-Nassr will reportedly go back to sign Kovacic for the upcoming January transfer window.
Should the deal go through with the highlighted numbers, Mateo Kovacic would become Al-Nassr's second highest paid player ahead of Sadio Mané ($850,00 per week) and only behind Cristiano Ronaldo ($4.2M per week).
