Alaba and Benzema with niggles after Madrid victory

Austrian defender David Alaba was replaced at half-time of the Champions League quarter-final second leg at Stamford Bridge due to muscle niggles while Karim Benzema went off in the 70th minute after being stepped on.
Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti had to replace Alaba to avoid a more serious injury despite Eder Militao receiving a yellow card in the 21st minute.
The 30-year-old suffered muscle discomfort during the first half and watched from the bench as Rodrygo Goes scored twice to give Real Madrid the victory.
Karim Benzema went off in the 70th minute when Madrid were already leading as the Frenchman was stepped on.
