Manchester United are making significant strides in their efforts to secure Amad Diallo's long-term future at the club, with manager Ruben Amorim confirming positive developments in contract negotiations.
The 22-year-old Ivorian winger has impressed since Amorim's arrival, becoming a key figure in the Portuguese coach's tactical setup. "We will find a solution, yes," Amorim stated, emphasising the mutual interest in extending Diallo's stay at Old Trafford.
The manager's comments align with reports suggesting that Manchester United are confident of finalising a new deal before the end of December. Diallo's current contract is set to expire in June 2025, with the club holding an option for a one-year extension.
However, United's eagerness to offer fresh terms underscores Diallo's growing importance to the team. Amorim further reinforced this sentiment, adding, "We want Amad to stay, he wants to stay. I think the feeling is now clear".
The young winger's recent performances, including four assists in his last three Premier League appearances, have solidified his position as a valuable asset for Manchester United's future plans.
