"Ancelotti creates an ideal atmosphere to win things"

Italian football legend Alessandro Del Piero visited Real Madrid's training complex with the students of the Italian Federation's master's degree in coaching, and shared a day's work with Carlo Ancelotti, whom he highlighted as "very intelligent" and "the atmosphere" he creates with his players "to win".
"Carlo is a very intelligent person, he listens a lot to the players and the staff. The best thing is that he creates a relationship in the ideal working atmosphere to win many things," Del Piero praised in statements to the Real Madrid media.
The former Italian footballer also praised the level of Englishman Jude Bellingham in his first season at Real Madrid. "The greatest thing, apart from his physical and technical quality and the goalscorer he is, is his personality. To come to a club as big as Real Madrid and play with that personality and control of emotions and the game is incredible. It's something that shocks you," he confessed.
Del Piero sees Real Madrid with "a lot of confidence after eliminating Manchester City" in the Champions League and already sees them as top candidates to win the title. "They have a great history with the Champions League competition," he said ahead of Ancelotti's side's semi-final clash with Bayern Munich.
