Ancelotti demanding in a training session with Ceballos available
Real Madrid trained at high intensity on Friday morning, with Carlo Ancelotti only missing David Alaba and Thibaut Courtois, who are both still recovering from knee injuries. As for the Belgian, it should be remembered that, when he was in the final stages of his recovery, he ruptured the inner meniscus in the knee opposite to the one in which he fractured the anterior cruciate ligament. Dani Ceballos returned to the group.

Real Madrid completed the third training session of the week on Friday, with all the players available for Carlo Ancelotti except Thibaut Courtois and David Alaba, four days before they host Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final.
The third meeting between the two in the last three editions will take place on a very different schedule. Real Madrid will arrive after eight days without matches due to the La Liga break for the Copa del Rey final this weekend, while Manchester City still have a trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday to look forward to.
Ancelotti took advantage of a full week without commitments to give his players two days off and increase the intensity as the days went by.
As was the case on Friday at the Valdebebas training complex where the Italian coach put his players through their paces. All but the injured Thibaut Courtois and David Alaba, who continued their respective recovery processes from knee injuries.
Meanwhile, Ancelotti brought back Dani Ceballos. The midfielder trained on Thursday in the gym but is not suffering any discomfort and on Friday he trained with the rest of his teammates.
Moreover, Eder Militao continues to pick up the pace after making his comeback on Sunday 232 days after suffering a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, with the aim of regaining his best form and being able to play a leading role in the final part of the season.
