Ancelotti warned: Madrid think about Zidane if they don't win another title
Florentino Perez is not satisfied with the Club World Cup and the European Super Cup. According to 'Sport', the president wants to see Real Madrid win at least one of the three titles they are still in the running for (La Liga, Champions League and Copa del Rey).

Carlo Ancelotti said loud and clear after seeing his Madrid side become world champions that he wants to stay at Real Madrid. A full-blown "no" to Brazil, who wanted him as coach. "I'm very happy here. Until I'm sacked, I'm staying here," the Italian said convinced.
Madrid are happy with Ancelotti's work, but the board are not closing other doors. 'Sport' claims that Florentino Perez, the 'Merengues' president, is in constant talks with Zinedine Zidane, former coach of 'Los Blancos'. In fact, he is his favourite to take over the reins of the club if the Italian were to be sacked for the 2023-24 season.
The club's board has given Ancelotti some homework to do. The Club World Cup and the European Super Cup are not enough: Madrid want to add another title to their trophy cabinet in 2022-23. They are in the running for La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa del Rey.
According to the Catalan newspaper, "Madrid will not hesitate to replace Ancelotti" in June. He would do so in the event that the team fails to win any of the above-mentioned trophies.
The club would have several names on the table in case Ancelotti had to be sacked, but Florentino Perez's favourite, according to 'Sport', would be Zinedine Zidane. The Frenchman has several offers to manage clubs in different parts of the world. The Catalan daily cites PSG, Juve, the United States national team as well as some MLS and Premier League teams.
But Zidane is clear: if Madrid come knocking on his door, he will be there. The former 'Merengues' coach would prioritise this option over any other.
If Zidane's return to the dugout is confirmed, it would be his third spell in charge of Real Madrid and could come with a new signing. The Frenchman could play a key role in bringing Rayan Cherki, the man of the moment in French football, to the Bernabeu, as he would be delighted to be under his orders.
