Antoine Griezmann's laughs after Madrid derby draw

Something made Antoine Griezmann laugh after Sunday night's derby between Real Madrid and his Atletico side. Shortly after the match, he posted a couple of laughing emoticons on his official Twitter profile, leading fans to wonder what he was referring to in particular. The main source of controversy for his side was a goal disallowed to Stefan Savic for positional offside by Saul Niguez.
The 'Colchoneros' coach Diego Simeone admitted in a press conference that the goal was well disallowed by the referee, so the possibility emerges that the Frenchman was just celebrating the equaliser with a stoppage-time goal from Marcos Llorente. It is also possible that he may have given an ironic glance at the protests from a certain section of the 'Merengues' who were pointing out possible penalties on Jude Bellingham and Lucas Vazquez.
The fact is that Monday morning came with more than 23,000 reproductions of his virtual laughter, which continues a way of expressing himself on social networks that was already evident a few days ago, when, to celebrate a good performance by Memphis Depay, he posted an icon of a lion surrounded by fingers covering his ears, as the Dutchman usually does.
Griezmann hardly had any chances against Real Madrid. The defence was in charge of stopping him, knowing that, with Antonio Rudiger sidelined, Carvajal was going to have a tricky adaptation exercise and that, in part, explains the share of the points at the end. A mistake by him and Nacho led to Llorente's last-gasp equaliser. Before that, the former Barcelona man could have scored with a back-heel that was parried by Andriy Lunin.
