Barcelona released a video of Ronald Araujo's training session on Friday morning. The Uruguayan centre-back is about to return to training with the rest of the squad. He has not played since July 7, when he ruptured the hamstring in his right thigh in his national team's Copa America quarter-final against Brazil.

Barcelona centre-back Ronald Araujo, who ruptured the hamstring tendon in his right thigh with Uruguay in the Copa America, continues to speed up his recovery and is close to returning to training with his teammates.
In a video shared by Barcelona on social media, Araujo can be seen on the pitch of the Joan Gamper training complex, fine-tuning his return to action.
The Uruguayan defender, who underwent surgery in Finland on 22 July, can now sprint and make changes of pace and has also started to touch the ball, which means he will soon start training alongside the rest of his teammates.
This is good news for manager Hansi Flick, who has had to make do with Pau Cubarsi and Inigo Martinez at the back because of injuries to Ronald Araujo, Andreas Christensen and Eric Garcia.
