The Austrian has missed several games this season due to an injury that kept him out of action but his performances have been impressive since his recovery and return to action.
The striker has scored eight goals in 20 competitive matches this season. Arnautovic will be in the spotlight in the summer transfer window because he would cost just seven million euros to sign.
