Moussa Diaby has had a superb season at Bayer Leverkusen, scoring 14 goals and providing ten assists in 48 competitive matches. As a result, several European clubs are keeping an eye on him as they want to sign him in the next transfer window.
However, according to 'L'Equipe', Arsenal have overtaken Newcastle and Manchester United in the race for his transfer. The Gunners could secure his services for the 2023/24 season.
The same media outlet reports that Bayer Leverkusen want to sell the winger for 70 million euros and will not let him leave for less. The France international is a priority for the Magpies but interest has not been reciprocated.
The 23-year-old has spent four seasons with the Bundesliga outfit since joining from Paris Saint-Germain but the Emirates Stadium could be his new destination.
