Arsenal submit £17m bid for Fenerbahce star Kadioglu
According to 'The Sun', Arsenal have sent an offer of 17 million pounds to Fenerbahce to sign Ferdi Kadioglu for next campaign. The left-back is well-liked by coach Mikel Arteta.
