Arsenal willing to offer £20m for Galatasaray's Sacha Boey

Arsenal are very disappointed with their result in the Premier League title race and want to strengthen their squad for next season. In fact, they are already working on new signings for the next transfer window.
According to the 'Daily Mail', the Gunners are looking to bolster their defence due to the problems they have suffered in the last few games of the season.
The same media outlet reports that Arteta's side are keeping an eye on Sacha Boey, who plays for Galatasaray in the Turkish league. The 22-year-old has scored one goal and provided four assists in 31 competitive matches this season.
The French defender is keen to play in the Premier League and Arsenal are willing to pay 20 million pounds for him. Nonetheless, they are also considering signing Real Valladolid right-back Ivan Fresneda, who has played 23 games in La Liga.
