The Arsenal-Manchester City game had everything, even ounces of controversy. A scuffle between Mikel Arteta and Kevin De Bruyne over a throw-in was similar to what happened between Guardiola and Cristiano Ronaldo when they were at Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively.

Football is a sport of contact, technique, tactics and quality, but also mischief. Wasting precious seconds every time the ball is stopped is a normal practice.
However sometimes, the opposition don't take it well. That time in the Arsenal-City game, which the Citizens won, Kevin De Bruyne and Mikel Arteta were the ones involved.
It all happened in the 50th minute of the game. The ball went off the touchline, close to the Gunners' bench and the Belgian midfielder took it upon himself to take the throw-in as quickly as possible. Something which the Spanish manager was not prepared for him to do.
He tried to block his route and De Bruyne didn't like it very much. The Belgian gave him a shove and subsequently went up to him. Fortunately, the assistant referee got in the way and it didn't go any further. It was a moment which made the sport's biggest fans remember what happened a few years ago between Guardiola and Cristiano Ronaldo when they were at Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively.
