Bukayo Saka limped off the field last Premier League matchday as Arsenal drew against Manchester City in the match they played to close the gap on leaders Liverpool, who are two points clear at the top.
Mikel Arteta spoke in the press room ahead of the Emirates Stadium side's next game against Luton on Wednesday and gave an update on the England winger's fitness.
"He is fine. We haven't trained, just recovery. We have a short light session to prepare the game. We will see if he is in the best condition to start the game or not," said the Gunners coach at his pre-match press conference.
Saka has started every Premier League game for the Gunners except one and plays an important role for Arteta's side, scoring 13 goals and providing eight assists.
Whether he ends up recovering, it will be in Arteta's hands to decide to take the risk and let him play or to be cautious and let him end up recovering 100% to face the most important part of the season.
