Barca considering either Neymar or Joao Felix this summer

Barcelona know well that Neymar and Joao Felix would both jump at a chance to join Haxi Hernandez's squad ahead of 2023-24. Although the coach isn't sold on either of the two, as he's looking for a midfielder and a right-back, the board are reportedly considering making space for one of themin their ranks.
According to 'Mundo Deportivo', the club have the two forwards on their radar because they are two top players and would draw a lot of media attention. They believe that either of them could be a lure to fill the Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium.
The organisation is confident that Xavi will change his mind and accept Neymar or Joao Felix, as it is not yet clear which one they will choose. In either case, Barca would try to convince PSG or Atletico to accept a loan for their player.
In Neymar's case, the French side would also have to pay a large part of the Brazilian's fee. The player might have to reduce his salary if he wants to return to Camp Nou. As for Joao Felix, Barca would propose a loan with an option to buy in 2024.
PSG do not have Neymar in their plans for next season and Atletico hope to get ride of Joao Felix too, so Barcelona would be at an advantage. In any case, the Catalan club is waiting for a deal to be completed with new German investors and for several departures, such as that of Dembele, to be completed in order to free up space on the wage bill. It remains to be seen whether they can then make room for Neymar or Joao Felix.
