Barcelona sporting director Deco doesn't bite his tongue when asked about Barcelona's current affaires, as he revealed in his interview with 'Que T'hi Jugues' on Spanish radio show 'Cadena SER'.
The Portuguese was asked about what the Catalan club plan to do with the loan moves of Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix, as both players will have to return to Manchester City and Atletico Madrid at the end of the season as they have no option to buy.
However, due to the good performances that both are having under Xavi Hernandez, the 'Cules' would like to reach an agreement with the 'Colchoneros' and the Mancunians to keep the Portuguese winger and the Portuguese winger.
"We’d like to keep both Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo here if there will be the right conditions with Atletico and Manchester City. It depends on conditions of the deal," said the 'Cules' sporting director.
The former Barcelona player also said that as a club they do not want any of their players to play the European Championship and the Olympic Games in the same summer, as Pedri did at the time, which led to one of their star midfielders suffering recent injuries constrantly.
"As a club we don't want any player to go to the European Championship and Olympic Games. The RFEF knows it, but you have to talk to the players and manage it," he concluded.
