Barca's De Jong, Todd Boehly's new priority

According to 'Football Insider', Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong is Todd Boehly's priority for the 2023-24 campaign. However, Chelsea know it will not be an easy transfer.
For this reason, Potter's side want to make a good offer for the Dutchman to leave Barcelona. They want De Jong at all costs because they tried to sign him last summer.
