FC Porto, Benfica and FC Barcelona are keeping a close eye on the situation of Andrey Santos, signed by Chelsea in January for 10 million euros. Captain of Brazil's South American Under-20 Championship-winning team, he was unable to join the English club due to his work permit, and has been loaned out to his club Vasco de Gama until the end of this season.
Aged just 19, the player has finally managed to obtain his work permit and should therefore take part in the Blues' preseason in order to be monitored by Mauricio Pochettino.
According to the Daily Mail, the London outfit are considering another loan move, this time to a European club, but everything will depend on their coach's decision. In any case, the young midfielder will have no shortage of suitors this summer.
If Barcelona were to secure his services on loan, he would be the second Brazilian player they have secured this summer, after the imminent signing of Vitor Roque for 60 million euros.
