Barcelona set a five-man wishlist for summer signings

Barcelona want to rebuild their squad in the summer transfer window to remedy some of this season's results such as the Copa del Rey elimination. The board will focus on reinforcing the squad in the summer after choosing a new coach.
Xavi Hernandez will leave the Catalan side at the end of the season and they are already considering possible replacements. Meanwhile, the Catalan giants have set a five-man wishlist to give their team a boost next campaign.
According to Spanish outlet 'AS', three Premier League players are being targeted by Barcelona. Everton midfielder Amadou Onana is being considered by the board to replace Frenkie de Jong, who is likely to leave the Camp Nou at the end of the term.
They are also keeping an eye on Aleix Garcia, who currently plays for Girona. Attack is the position that the Catalans want to reinforce the most, especially the left flank.
Brighton & Hove Albion's Karou Mitoma, Napoli's Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Arsenal's Gabriel Martinelli are on their agenda. All players' contracts expire in 2027, so it will be difficult to secure their services.
Nonetheless, Barcelona have made the Brazilian left winger their priority for next season and will have to negotiate with the Gunners to try to sign him in the next transfer window.
