The presence of defenders Andreas Christensen and Joao Cancelo are the two new additions to Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez's squad for Wednesday's Copa del Rey quarter-final against Athletic Club.
Christensen missed the last La Liga game against Betis due to a bruised right foot and Joao Cancelo the last five games due to a sprained inner lateral ligament in his left knee suffered in a domestic game against Las Palmas.
The third new addition to the squad list is the presence of U18 youth team goalkeeper Aaron Alonso as the third goalkeeper, replacing Diego Kochen. Goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, defenders Marcos Alonso and Inigo Martinez, midfielder Pablo Paez Gavira 'Gavi' and winger Rafael Dias 'Raphinha' remain absent.
Goalkeepers: Inaki Pena, Astralaga and Aaron.
Defenders: Balde, Araujo, Kounde, Christensen, Cubarsi, Hector Fort, Joao Cancelo and Sergi Roberto.
Midfielders: Romeu, Frenkie de Jong, Gündogan, Pedri and Fermin.
Forwards: Joao Félix, Ferran Torres, Lewandowski, Vitor Roque, Lamine Yamal and Marc Guiu.
