After announcing Choupo-Moting will be staying, Bayern Munich are thought to have gone cold on the idea of Harry Kane. The Bavarian side's Sporting Director Hasan Salihamidzic claimed that "Signing Kane is nonsense. Firstly, we extended Choupo, we'll see in the summer".

Bayern Munich are still looking for a centre-forward after Robert Lewandowski left last summer. After announcing that Choupo-Moting will be staying, the Bavarian side's Sporting Director spoke to 'Sky Sports' about the new agreement with the Cameroon man and about if Harry Kane could go there for the 2023-24 season.
"Firstly, we're happy with having Choupo. I can't yet say what's going to happen in the summer", Hasan Salihamidzic said.
As for the interest in the English striker, the board have gone somewhat cold on the idea: "Signing Kane is nonsense. That's nowhere near our thoughts. Firstly, we extended Choupo. I hope he continues along the same lines, scores goals and then we'll see".
What's more, Tottenham are thought to have put a price on Kane. The Spurs would want €117 million for the forward, but Bayern, for now, are not interested in signing the Brit for more than €100 million.
