Bayern willing to renew Davies to take him away from Madrid

Bayern Munich, who are focused on the Bundesliga title race, are working on their squad for next season. The German side are aware that Real Madrid are targeting Alphonso Davies.
The left-back has a contract until 2025 and Bayern are set to offer him a renewal with an increase in salary so that the Spanish side cannot sign him in the next transfer window, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Canadian's renewal is the German board's priority and they want to renew him as soon as possible. The same media outlet reports that negotiations for the new deal are underway.
Madrid's interest in the defender is real but talks have not yet started. The possible return of Fran Garcia, who plays for Rayo Vallecano, could strengthen Madrid's defence without the need to sign the Bayern player.
