"Bellingham joined us to replace Benzema"

Dani Carvajal ruled out Real Madrid's squad being short of strikers this season and said that Jude Bellingham "has joined us to replace Karim Benzema".
"It's clear that we are one of the highest scoring teams in La Liga. As Ancelotti said, Bellingham has joined us to replace Karim," he said from the Spanish national team's training camp.
"The squad is complete and I don't think there is anything missing in any position. We are a very complete team in all lines, we will try to fight for everything and we are going to try to give our fans a lot of joy," he added.
On another matter, he referred to Luis Rubiales' kiss with Jenni Hermoso: "I'm not saying he's not a victim, but the presumption of innocence must be preserved".
