Besiktas could be a solution for Chelsea's Andrey

Chelsea could have found an alternative to solve the situation of Andrey Santos. The London club tried to sell Zakaria to bring in the Brazilian, but were unsuccessful.
Andrey Santos is one of the surprise packages of the last South American U20 Championship and has a good reputation in Europe. According to 'Skrorer', Besiktas have been in contact with the Blues.
