Sevilla goalkeeper Yassine Bounou spoke to 'Movistar' after lifting Sevilla's seventh Europa League trophy. The Morocco star spoke about his feelings and congratulated the fans and the city of Sevilla itself.
"I have lived through several moments like this and I understood that you have to be very calm to face these situations. My teammates gave me a lot of calm and security. I wasn't nervous because of that. Congratulations to all of them and to all of Seville.
"This has been a great year for me thanks to the World Cup and now the Europa League. A lot of emotions. Sometimes you don't really analyse what is going on and I need to deal with it normally to keep working every day," he added.
Moreover, the Moroccan praised his coach Jose Luis Mendilibar: "He has put his faith in me and I have to repay him. I have always said that I am a man who is willing to fight for Sevilla," Bounou concluded.
