Brandt close the door on Arsenal and renews with Dortmund

In recent days, the Arsenal board have been interested in signing Julian Brandt, one of the stars of Borussia Dortmund and the German national team. However, the midfielder has decided to stay in the Bundesliga.
In a statement on social media, the German club board announced that the 26-year-old has renewed his contract with the club until the 2026 season.
"Even after four years, I still have a lot of fun every day being part of this same team, standing on the field with these guys and playing football for this very emotional club with its extraordinary fans," Brandt told the official website.
In the same vein, he added: "To be honest, the feeling of being in the right place at the right time has always been the most important point in my sporting life. And that won't change either. I'm looking forward to the next few years together".
