Barcelona and PSG did not answer questions from 'Movistar+' after the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final, which ended in a 3-2 win, because of an offensive comment towards Barcelona striker Lamine Yamal.
During the preview of the match, former Atletico Madrid player German Burgos said "If football doesn't work out for him, he can end up (working) at a traffic light" while a sequence of the youth team player was shown on the screen playing touches during the warm-up, a comment that was greeted with laughter from those accompanying him on the set.
For these words, Barca and PSG notified that they would not be attending 'Movistar+' after the match "because they are offended and angry", according to the television channel. One of their journalists apologised to the club.
"If anyone was offended, I am sorry and I apologise publicly because it was not my intention. By making a joke sometimes you get into trouble. In these times you have to adapt to everything. And that's what we're doing," said German Burgos shortly after the end of the match.
