Dani Carvajal, Nacho Fernandez and Joselu Mato, the three Spanish internationals who won the Champions League with Real Madrid at Wembley on Saturday, will join the Spanish national team camp on Thursday 6 June, while Aymeric Laporte will do so a day earlier, according to 'EFE'.
Spain coach Luis de la Fuente has given a few days rest to the players who later finished their season. Laporte did so in defeat in the Arabian Cup final with his club Al-Nassr last Friday.
The centre-back will arrive in the Spanish capital on Wednesday 5 June, when his teammates will play their first friendly in Badajoz in preparation for the European Championship in Germany against Andorra.
Meanwhile, the recently proclaimed European champions -Carvajal, Nacho and Joselu- will have three days to disconnect after finishing the celebrations for winning the Champions League in the early hours of Sunday morning, before joining the national team's training camp.
They will do so next Thursday, when the Spanish national team will complete an afternoon training session after their match the night before in Badajoz. From then on, De la Fuente will have the 29 players he has called up in camp before choosing the three players to be discarded on Friday 7 June.
