Cerro Porteno's gem Diego Leon set to be announced as new Man Utd player

Manchester United continue with their project of signing young talents to have a bright future despite the fact that they are going through one of the worst moments in their history. The Red Devils will announce in the next few hours the signing of Uruguayan left-back Diego Leon.
The Paraguayan league team Cerro Porteno will receive four million euros fixed for the sale of their promising star and the contract also includes easy add-ons of 1 million euros and another 3.5 million euros in difficult ones.
However, Mancunian fans will not be able to see Leon working under Amorim until next pre-season, as the young defender is 17 years old and will join the club once he is of age, just like the cases of Endrick at Madrid or Vitor Roque at Barça.
Diego Leon played 20 official games for his club last season, 19 of them as a starter, in which he also scored two goals despite not providing any assists.
