Kylian Mbappe's decision not to renew with PSG in the upcoming summer of 2024 has triggered a domino effect that could see Real Madrid return to the action. Right now, the Frenchman is once again the protagonist of a summer full of rumours.
The man from Bondy has already made it clear to his team in a letter that he will not extend his stay at the Parc des Princes until 2025. For its part, the French side has decided to accept a sale in this window to make money rather than let him leave as a free agent next year.
Faced with this news from 'L'Equipe', the spotlight returned to Madrid, who lost Mbappe in May 2022 when he decided to remain in the French capital. However, the '7' has gone from illusion to a very possible reality once again.
However, no time has been wasted at PSG after their star decided not to extend his contract. According to 'The Mirror', the French side met with Harry Kane's agents in order to try to make him their striker next season if Mbappe leaves.
The Englishman is on Real Madrid's wish list, since the departure of Karim Benzema, and the Spaniards see the Tottenham striker as the perfect piece. However, his price of more than 100 million euros is not well looked on by the 'Merengues'.
That is why PSG could do Real Madrid a favour in the sense of recruiting Kane and thus let go of a Mbappe who seems to be determined to change of scenery. It is very difficult to think that this change has nothing to do with Madrid.
