Chelsea interested in offer for Neymar
According to 'Le Parisien', if Neymar does decide he wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain, he could be met with an offer to head to the Premier League, as Chelsea are keeping an eye on him. The Brazilian has been linked to an exit from PSG despite having four years left on his contract, and new Blues manager Mauricio Pochettino could be interested in bringing him to London.

Neymar's time at PSG has hardly been smooth sailing. The Brazilian has not made an appearance since an ankle injury took him out of action in February, and although he has joined the team for their pre-season, a move is not off the cards.
It had been rumoured that the Brazilian had been intent on leaving this summer, following the like of Leo Messi, but according to 'Le Parisien', the arrival of new manager Luis Enrique means he could be willing to stay. The two worked together at Barcelona, where the Spaniard led his team to a La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League treble.
It may not be all down to what the forward wants however, has he has proven very expensive for the Ligue 1 champions, and they may be keen to try and shift him off their wage bill, helping them comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.
If Neymar did decide to look away from Ligue 1, the French outlet reports that Chelsea would be interested in making him an offer, and the Blues are believed to be keeping a close eye on him and the new manager.
A move to London with Chelsea would see him reunite with another former coach, Mauricio Pochettino, who managed PSG for a little over 18 months, and with whom he won a Coupe de Frane and a Ligue 1 title.
Having already managed to sell several players this summer, the Blues could be in a position to extend an offer to the Brazilian star, whose exit from PSG has been complicated by his staggering salary.
