Chelsea out of race for Atletico's Omorodion

Samu Omorodion is not moving anywhere. That is the message that Atletico Madrid sent to Chelsea when they put 40 million on the table for the Red and White striker.
'Marca' claims that Chelsea have accepted the rejection and will no longer fight for Samu Omorodion, who had been offered a seven-season contract. From Stamford Bridge they understand that Atletico will not soften their position and refuse to waste any more time.
The offer that reached Atletico Madrid a few days ago is no longer valid. Chelsea have decided to look for other targets and, among the favourites, Jonathan David of Lille and Karim Adeyemi of Borussia Dortmund">Borussia Dortmund stand out.
This is undoubtedly great news for the Madrid outfit, as they have Samu Omorodion for 2024-25. Memphis will no longer be in the squad and, pending what happens with Morata, the player, who spent last season on loan at Alaves, would fit perfectly into the squad.
Simeone is clear that the striker has great potential, so there is every indication that he will continue in the first team next season.
