According to the 'Daily Mail', the Blues will continue pushing for Brighton star Moises Caicedo as their £65 million bid was rejected earlier this month.

Chelsea tried to sign Moises Caicedo in early June and offered the Seagulls 60 million pounds for his transfer. Nonetheless, their bid was rejected.
After a stellar season with Brighton, it was no secret that Caicedo would not come cheap, with 'Daily Mail' reporting he was worth £80 million (around €93 million). The Blues will not give up so easily and will try to improve their offer to secure the Ecuadorian's services.
The same media outlet reports that the English side are aware that they will need to strengthen their midfield as several players such as Mason Mount and Mateo Kovacic are expected to leave Stamford Bridge in the next transfer window.
Mauricio Pochettino is already working on Chelsea's rebuild after a season of poor results. The Argentinian manager was also eyeing Manuel Ugarte but Paris Saint-Germain overtook them in the race for him.
