Chelsea's attacking revival in Premier League
Despite sitting 10th in the Premier League, Mauricio Pochettino's men are doing much better in attack, scoring 16 goals in a month's time in the domestic championship.

With Mykhailo Mudryk finally making an impact, a Nicolas Jackson-Raheem Sterling duo on fire and the successful arrival of Cole Palmer, Chelsea are in the process of finding the attacking balance they needed in the Premier League in 2023.
In the last six Premier League games, the Blues have scored 16 goals - as many as they scored in the English top flight between March and October of that year.
The 2023/24 season got off to a similar start to the disastrous previous edition, with a rare lack of effectiveness in front of goal and even a worrying difficulty in creating chances, as seen in September's matches against Nottingham (0-1), Bournemouth (0-0) and Aston Villa (0-1).
The mental turning point came in the EFL Cup, with an important victory over Brighton (1-0) at Stamford Bridge, which launched the Blues on the road to success.
Two goals scored in the space of two minutes at Fulham (2-0), then the first goal fest at bottom-placed Burnley (4-1), before a fiery derby against Arsenal in which Mudryk scored his second Premier League goal (2-2).
And if Chelsea fans thought the curse had returned against Brentford (0-2), they were very much mistaken. Raheem Sterling's team-mates made the most of Tottenham's two red cards to win 4-1 before holding off Manchester City in a wild 4-4 draw.
The forwards are gaining momentum and all the attacking players have been shining for over a month: Raheem Sterling (2 goals and 1 assist), Cole Palmer (4 goals and 2 assists) and Nicolas Jackson (4 goals) have all had their moments of glory.
Despite the London club's overloaded and complicated schedule with Newcastle, Brighton and Manchester United to deal with after the international break, the optimist has returned to the ranks of the 2021 European champions.
