Conceicao set to replace Fonseca as Milan new head coach

The 1-1 draw with Roma was the sentence for a Paulo Fonseca who has been questioned as Milan coach. The Portuguese coach had already saved a similar match-ball a few months ago, but the lack of consistency in Serie A has ended up costing him his job.

During his playing days, Sergio Conceicao wore the shirt of one of Milan's great rivals, Inter. In Italian football, he also played for Parma and Lazio. As a coach, this will be his first experience in the Italian country after having coached Olhanense, Academica de Coimbra, Braga, Vitoria de Guimaraes and Porto in Portugal. During the 2016-17 season, he was also in charge of Nantes.
