On Friday night, Manchester City had their final training session before the Champions League final against Inter Milan. Pep Guardiola's side were seen running drills on the pitch at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium, the arena that will hold the epic clash on Saturday night.
The players were watched by journalists who could follow the training session, as well as take photos and record. However, unexpectedly, Erling Haaland caused a bit of drama during the session.
In the middle of an exercise with teammates, he tracked back to pass the ball, and fell backwards over a drinks cooler. Haaland was slow to get up after the accident, under the watchful gaze of his coach, but he was helped to his feet by a trainer.
Luckily for City, Haaland didn't look to be in pain after his fall and continued with his drills on the pitch. Guardiola can rest a bit easier knowing his star striker remains in fighting spirits.
Already having bagged 52 goals this season, the Norwegian goal-machine will be hoping to add to his tally and finish his debut season with City on a high, taking home the UCL trophy and completing the treble.
