It has been claimed that Crystal Palace are ready to sack Roy Hodgson who is under fire as the team are 15th in the Premier League table, five points above the relegation zone.
The team is not having a good season, with just six wins in 24 games, they have suffered 12 defeats and the 76-year-old English manager could be the one to be sacrificed.
Hodgson joined the club in 2023 on a short-term contract and had a successful end to the season in helping the Eagles avoid relegation to the Championship.
Despite this, a run of just three wins in the last 17 games has put the manager under pressure and it has been reported that the club already have a replacement in mind.
The candidate would be former Eintracht Frankfurt coach Olivier Glasner, who won the Europa League. According to 'The Guardian' the Austrian is ready in case Hodgson is sacked.
