De Jong 'concerned' about serious injury, reveals former Barca coach Koeman

At the Koeman Cup, the golf tournament Ronald Koeman organises, the former Barcelona coach discussed the physical condition of De Jong, who was unable to even play in the European Championship. For the Netherlands coach, the injury is much more of a concern than had initially been discussed.

Another of the names Koeman spoke about was Nico Williams, Barcelona's big target for this market: "I understand the interest because he is a great player. He is a good winger, which is what is needed in any good team. I don't know if they are rumours or intentions to fight for this player.
"It is difficult to understand this club if you come from outside. Flick is a very good person and a great coach. He proved it with Germany and Bayern, but Barcelona is what it is. I think Laporta is going to be very patient with his coach because there is no ideal coach for this club.
