Denmark captain Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg said Thursday that his side must be ambitious from the start in tomorrow's Nations League clash with Spain, although he believes some "adjustments" are needed from the first leg.

At the press conference ahead of the match against Spain, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, speaking from Denmark's training camp in Elsinore, admitted that they need to improve on what they showed in Murcia, where they lost 1-0 to ‘La Roja’: "We'll go into the game with the ambition to win it, but we'll have to make some adjustments compared to the first leg.
The Danish captain pointed to the support of the crowd as a factor that could be decisive for his team to achieve a good result. "To be able to face the European champions, maybe one of the best teams in the world, on your home pitch, to be able to experience the atmosphere in the stadium.... We're really looking forward to it.
Hojbjerg, now at Marseille but who played several years at Tottenham, declined to speculate on England captain and former team-mate Harry Kane's comments about some England players lacking motivation to play in the Nations League, although he stressed that is not the case in the Danish national team.
"I feel we all love being here every time and that's the way it should stay. This jersey is the most special jersey you can represent," he concluded.
