Depay departure to help Gavi, Araujo and Balde contract talks

It is one thing to officialise a new contract and then announce it to the press, but, behind the scenes, you have to get it past the league officials. In Barcelona's case with Gavi, Ronald Araujo and Alex Balde, the three players' new contracts are being dealt with the corresponding bureaucracy. The young left-back's deal, however, has not even been signed.
Thanks to this update from the Catalan side, 'Sport' have reported that Memphis Depay's possible departure in January, actually, would be ideal. If it happens, Joan Laporta and his board would use their economic flexibility which would be generated from the sale to speed up the contracts mentioned above.
