The same media outlet reports that there is already an agreement with Alejandro Balde for his renewal. His contract will expire in 2027 and his clause will be 500 million euros. Nevertheless, the Spanish side are waiting for his new contract to be registered in La Liga. Balde's salary will raise with this new contract. His salary will be similar to that of Gavi and Araujo but he will be paid slightly less than Pedri and Ansu Fati.
Meanwhile, according to 'Mundo Deportivo', Inaki Pena will extend his contract with Barcelona in the next few days. He will sign for three seasons, that is, until 2026. Xavi Hernandez's side want to renew him because his current contract expires in June 2023, so if he will not sign he is free to negotiate with the club of his choice in January.
In addition, Barca want to renew Marcos Alonso. The idea is that he will sign for one or two seasons, but there is still a long way to go, as the appointment with the defender's agents is not until the end of the month.
