Endrick's late goal against Stuttgart gave him another record: he is now the youngest Real Madrid player to score in the Champions League. He surpassed the record set by Raul in 1995-96.

In a few years' time, it will be hard to remember how Endrick overlooked Mbappe and Vinicius to score his first Champions League goal for Real Madrid, but the record will stand the test of time. The Brazilian striker scored the 3-1 in favour of 'Los Blancos' in the victory over Stuttgart. Already in the final minutes, he made a powerful strike to beat the goalkeeper of the German team and enjoy that first great moment in Europe. One that is doubly rewarding.
On Tuesday night, Endrick snatched a record from Real Madrid icon Raul Gonzalez: that of being the youngest scorer in the Champions League in a Real Madrid shirt. He took away that feat almost 30 years after the former Madrid captain achieved it in the 1995-96 edition. At the age of 18 years and 58 days, the former Palmeiras player experienced the great moment of making his debut in international competition and surpassed the record of 18 years and 113 days set on October 18th, 1995 by Raul Gonzalez Blanco. It was against Ferencvaros in a 6-1 win. The Spaniard achieved it in his third match in the Champions League and the Brazilian has gone a little further to achieve it in his first.
Endrick, in the process, also completes the challenge of scoring in the two major intercontinental competitions. In his second Copa Libertadores match for Palmeiras, the striker came on in the 84th minute and, just two minutes later, in the 86th minute, found the back of the net in his side's 4-2 win over Barcelona SC.

Before Raul and Endrick, it was Juan Bautista Planelles, who later went on to play for Castellon, Valencia and Zaragoza, who took the lead in this section for many years. Specifically, since he achieved it in his first and only Champions League match with Madrid, against Olympiakos Nicosia, in September 1969 at the age of 18 years and 247 days.
The fourth place was achieved by Rodrygo Goes in the 2019-20 season. It was in his second time in a Madrid shirt in the Champions League in the 6-0 group stage win over Galatasaray. In fact, he scored a hat trick - and provided an assist - to mark the great relationship he has had with European competition ever since. The last to do so in the 18 years - and 301 days - age bracket.
Behind him, also recent, are the records of Nico Paz (19 years and 82 days) and Vinicius Junior (19 years and 152 days). Older is the record of Sergio Ramos, who scored his first Champions League goal for Real Madrid in 2005 at the age of 19 years and 251 days.
