Endrick to play his first final after Madrid transfer

Flamengo and Palmeiras play this Saturday the Brazilian Super Cup, a title that the Cariocas face as an important step in their preparation for the Club World Cup and that, for their opponents, will serve to test Endrick in a match of utmost importance. The Brazilian Super Cup, which is played between the league and cup champions in a one-off match, will this year see the two best squads in Brazil, those of Flamengo and Palmeiras, face each other. Also, two Portuguese coaches, Vitor Pereira (Flamengo) and Abel Ferreira (Palmeiras).
Champions of the Brazilian Cup and also the Libertadores, Flamengo have confirmed their full squad for the decisive match, led by Uruguayan Giorgian de Arrascaeta, Chilean Arturo Vidal, Pedro and Everton Ribeiro, who played in the World Cup with Brazil. They also have defenders David Luiz, Filipe Luís and Rodrigo Caio, as well as Uruguay's Guillermo Varela, striker Gabigol and striker Everton Cebolinha.
The main addition to the Rio de Janeiro squad was the return to the squad of striker Bruno Henrique, who has recovered from an injury to his right knee.

Palmeiras, champions of the Brazilian league in 2022, will have in their starting eleven striker Endrick, the 16-year-old pearl who has been signed by Real Madrid for 2024. This will, in fact, be his first final since it was confirmed that he will move to the club in 2024.
Endrick made his debut for Palmeiras' professional team in the final stretch of last year's league and made just seven appearances, mostly coming on as a substitute, scoring three goals.
