Ipswich Town caused a surprise by taking a seventh-minute lead at the Etihad on Saturday. What they did not expect was Manchester City's big comeback, scoring three goals in just four minutes to all but kill the game off.

The beasts have woken up at the Etihad Stadium. Ipswich Town, newly promoted to the Premier League, took the lead through Samuel Szmodics just seven minutes into the game.
It was the necessary wake-up call for a Manchester City side that roared back to life. Three minutes after the goal Savinho forced a penalty-kick which, after a VAR review, was converted by Haaland for the first of the Sky Blues' goals.
The reaction did not stop there, however, as an absurd waste of space by Muric under pressure from Savinho led to De Bruyne, with Haaland right next to him, scoring into an empty net from the edge of the box.
The Belgian-Norwegian connection worked straight after, just four minutes after the 1-1 draw. De Bruyne found Haaland to make it 3-1 after beating Muric to the keeper and scoring from a tight angle.
