Europe's worst attack: Empoli have scored just ONE goal this season
14th in Serie A last season, Empoli have completely lost their way since last August and have scored just one goal since the start of the season. Nobody attacks worse than the Italian club in the 5 major leagues.

Empoli have a terrifying record, finding the net in just 12.5% of their games this season. The Italians have only scored once, in their only win of the season against Salernitana on 27th September (1-0).
Midfielder Tommaso Baldanzi is the only player to have scored a goal for the Tuscan side since August and the opening day of the season against Hellas Verona.
Serie A's 18th-placed side travel to Fiorentina on Monday, fourth in attack with 18 goals in eight games and nine players who have already scored as many or more goals than Empoli's entire squad combined.
If we take an overall view of the worst in the five major European leagues in terms of attack, the bottom of the table is well and truly in Serie A, with Udinese (4 goals in 8 games) and Cagliari (5 goals in 9 games) on the podium.
Otherwise, everyone has already scored at least 6 goals in just over two months, even teams in crisis such as Lyon and Clermont (7 goals), Bochum in the Bundesliga (6 goals), Bournemouth in England (6 goals) and Hellas Verona, Torino and Salernitana (6 goals).
Worse still, Empoli's defence is not reassuring either, as was the case in the historic 7-0 thrashing they received at Roma last September, when Jose Mourinho's men had yet to win.
