Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes has been criticised for his poor performances as Manchester United captain and has even been linked with a move away from Old Trafford in recent weeks.
However, the 29-year-old denied rumours of his departure and said he is fully focused on Portugal and United. "I'm focusing on the national team and United. I'm happy where I am," he told 'Sport TV Portugal'.
"In the national team, we had some very good times, at Manchester United we didn't start the way we wanted. I don't look at rumours. I don't pay attention to them.
He went on to add: "Today, it's very easy to spread rumours in the press. I prefer to concentrate on my goals."
