Ferran Torres, who's under contract until 2027, is not considering leaving Barcelona at the end of the season. Despite hte club's attempts to sell him due to the 'Financial Fair Play' restrictions, the ex-Man City man's idea is to undergo preseason like his teammates.

Ferran Torres has never had it easy since arriving at Barcelona. Despite starting well, the ex-Manchester City man started to lose his spot and lost his place to Raphinha, Dembele and a lot of the time, Gavi, who has played several games on the left wing.
Therefore, rumours over a possible departure started to surface, but the ex-Valencia man's aims have remained the same: to persist and triumph at Barca.
According to 'Mundo Deportivo', the forward's main idea is to start the preseason on the same foot as his teammates to re-earn Xavi's trust. Due to a foot injury, the winger missed the friendly games in the preseason swing in the United States.
One of the examples that Ferran Torres will take to mean he can regain his spot is Frenkie de Jong, as he was in a similar position when he went to the side.
The Spaniard, who knows how much it took for the Dutchman to get used to the city, the team and most of all the tactics, is thought to be trusting the process before rushing to leave.
Having said that, Ferran has lost his main voucher at the club. When Mateu Alemany left Barca, the ex-City man lost one of the men who had most faith in him, and now his spot in the side can only be earned by good performances.
