The Spanish Football Federation has announced the refereeing appointments for the La Liga matchday 36 fixtures. Some of the eye-catching fixtures in the upcoming round are between Sevilla and Cadiz, who can confirm their relegation, and between Celta Vigo and Athletic, with contrasting ambitions for salvation and Europe.

Referee Javier Alberola Rojas will referee the match between Almeria and Barcelona on matchday 36 of La Liga, while Miguel Angel Ortiz Arias will referee the game between Sevilla and Cadiz, with the relegation of the visitors at stake.
The Technical Referees Committee (CTA) confirmed the appointments for the penultimate matchday, with Galician referee Javier Iglesias Villanueva taking charge of Las Palmas v Real Betis and Cesar Soto Grado taking charge of Real Sociedad v Valencia.
